Project Structure

Programs are at the heart of any organizational hierarchy created in The Project Network™.  Programs are the overlying and unifying structures that makes managing multiple projects easier than it has ever been.  This feature not only facilitates management and reporting, but also organizes projects across the company by department, P+L, or operating group.
